Nicole is an experienced psychotherapist with over 15 years of clinical practice, specializing in working with adolescents (ages 12 and up), along with their families, and adults. Her work focuses on helping clients navigate challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and for young adults, the often-complex transition into adulthood.
Nicole is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental therapeutic environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. She believes that a strong therapeutic relationship grounded in empathy and trust is the foundation for meaningful growth and healing.

In addition to her clinical work, Nicole has completed two years of study in American Sign Language (ASL), allowing her to better serve individuals within the Deaf and hard-of-hearing communitie
