Ashley is a dedicated School Social Worker and Psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. She specializes in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and crisis intervention, working with individuals diagnosed with bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, and schizophrenia. Ashley’s multifaceted approach allows her to address a wide spectrum of psychological and emotional challenges.
With a strong background in high-risk environments, including prior experience collaborating with law enforcement, Ashley brings a deep understanding of complex clinical cases. She is also highly experienced in supporting students with special needs—particularly those on the autism spectrum—and managing concerns related to borderline personality disorder, anger management, self-harm, and suicidal ideation.
In addition to her clinical work, Ashley has a comprehensive understanding of systems that intersect with mental health care, including social security disability, SPOA/case management services, and family court legislation. This knowledge enhances her ability to advocate effectively for her clients across various settings.
Outside of her professional role, Ashley leads a vibrant and active lifestyle. She is a lifelong runner with over 30 years of experience, a certified Zumba instructor, and a passionate hiker—interests that reflect her holistic approach to well-being and self-care.
